Hello folks!
This is Spike matter labs’ rudimentary step into bio-inspired computing. In recent times, Artificial Neural Networks are replacing a lot of traditional AI methods in almost all fields. What inspires us is that our brain is also made of a large neural network that is extremely powerful in doing complicated tasks, at incomparably low power and processing time. You have got a super computer up there !
In this blog, we plan to write posts on building some basic skills required before diving into bio-inspired computing, study on how brain works, modelling them and implementing them through simulations. We have an immense interest in hardware implementations of these models and ofcourse, we will include them in this blog too. Finally, we would also like to share our thoughts on R&D.
